Configure Angulartics to use Google Tag Manager rather than directly Google Analytics.

Removes the Google Analytics plugin for angulartics. Adds the Google Tag Manager plugin, the essential bit of it inline rather than as a dependency. Upgrades to angulartics 1.6.
