Cope with removal of app-header from framework

Summary

Related to: uportal-app-framework#682

In this PR:

• Updated views to cope with lack of app-header (see screenshots). This includes:
  • Search results
  • App marketplace
  • App detail view
  • Expanded and compact home views
• Home view options moved to side navigation menu
• Gave home widget filter the material treatment
• Updated appearance of details page
  • No more off-color background for descriptions area
  • No more bottom border on last section of descriptions
• Removed some unused CSS

To do:

• Document all the things
• Explore UX implications of FAB speed dial (i.e. Is this a good way to go?)

From tests so far, putting "browse apps" in the side navigation is fine, along with Help and Feedback, (though we need to have Help and Feedback as full items and not tucked in the bottom part of the navigation window as they were in the prototype I was using. Users went to the side nav to find those things, but didn't see them.)
