feat: Add new version info page #814

In this PR:

Added side navigation link to "version info" page (containing former content of "About" page)
Updated "About" page to include info about MyUW
Removed unused side navigation link to "New Features" page

Thanks, Zeke. Looks good, though is there a way I can see the full screen without the text cut off? Is it in predev?
