This was mostly intentional. The releases being there for 7.0.1 and 7.0.2 were somewhat accidental, because we don't have a release script, we have someone mostly following uportal-app-framework's releasing doc. We really stopped publishing npm versions after v5. There aren't any releases for v6, there was only a 7.0.1 and 7.0.2 release because I accidentally ran them during the project name/org switch.
We don't do npm releases for uportal-home because we intend users to get the artifact via maven. The npm package that you'd pull down wouldn't be equipped to actually run the product.
Looking at NPM versions it looks like tags from 7.0.3-8.3.1 were not released to NPM. Was this intentional but missed in the changelog? Or is something broken in the release script?
