Problem with php-backend #20

Hello!, I follow the instructions to pass mosaico to a php-backend, I copy the folders, and files like editor.html modified ... , I tried my mosaico in local and it works correctly, but in a PHP server it doesn't create /dl /upload and /img folders, I don't understand how it works, to generate this folders and what file does this. I know in local that mosaico execute Gruntfile.js and all "task" are there, it is also the code line "backend:" where is the route of main.js, I think this line might be changed or change the route of the main task to execute index.php but I don't know how it works I need help, someone enlighten me.

Is anyone maintaining this project? It seems like everyone is having problems with the seemingly incomplete installation instructions (me included) and nobody is answering them.
