If the original author shows back up they are welcome to merge my changes back in so that I can close my repository.

Fixes:

• Had to fix the regexp expressions for the download functions.
• Removed the premailer as I believe that the mosaico client is now taking care of that.
• Fixed a bunch of path issues that messed up uploading images.
• Fixed the resizing of images on download.
• Removed the need for a modified editor.html
• Added the proper subdirectories and .htaccess files in those.
