Add users/authentication #9

Users should have different roles:

admin - can change anything for anyone
captain - can change anything for their team(s)
editor - can create/edit data for games for their team(s)
user - can view data for games for their team(s)

Users are separate from players so that editors can add player info without requiring the whole team to sign up
