uStepper-lite Drop-In Run Away #5

I have a uStepper-lite connected to my printer in Drop-In mode. Using the suggested starting PID settings and verifying the magnet is spinning. Sometimes when power is applied it accelerates in a run away condition, other times it holds until a move distance command is given then runs away. Any ideas?

Fixed, motor polarity was incorrect. Flipped connector and all fixed run away condition.
