No precipitation data from weather endpoint #141

I have been collecting data from the weather endpoint for about 2 weeks now and over that time period the values for the precipitation have all been either 0 or null. Not once has anything else been reported. Since it has clearly rained in that time period, I'm wondering if something is wrong.

Issue upstream with the feed here: http://weather.uwaterloo.ca/waterloo_weather_station_data.xml I logged a bug with the station's maintainer. Will report back with information as I get it.

We did some forensics on the data and it appears that the upstream weather station has been misreporting data for precipitation since August 23, 2014.

We have not yet heard back from the weather station maintainer. Marking as blocked.
