POI endpoint: Add List of Athletic facilities and equipment available at each facility #176

As part of the POI dataset, it would be useful to have information regarding athletic facilities (e.g. PAC, CIF, residence fitness rooms, communal showers), size of space and specific amenities available for use. This data is currently encoded in disparate places such as http://warriors.uwaterloo.ca/facilities/ , https://uwaterloo.ca/housing/residences/rev/rev-community-centre , https://info.uwaterloo.ca/infopo/floor_plans/pdf_drawings/056M3_04FLR.pdf (4th floor MC shower)
