v2 api missing Winter 2020 Data, v3 blog post is inaccessible #203

Hi, seems like the course schedule data (/term/subject/catalog_number) in v2 API stops on term 1199 (Fall 2019). And the blog posts regarding vNext (https://wiki.uwaterloo.ca/pages/viewrecentblogposts.action?key=UWAPI) is inaccessible for some reason, is it currently under maintenance?

For the blog accessibility, it's accessible from on campus or using the campus VPN. It's a very deferred issue to look at a fully public platform, likely on GitHub itself.

For the terms, I took a quick look as I had time, and there were several cases where the term code (####) was hard coded to begin with a 11. We've rolled over to terms starting with 12, and that's the likely cause of issues. This is generally not something we're going to fix in the existing version, but I've updated the key place this happens and you should now see returns for future terms.
