I am using uWebshop for Subscription based shop only and wish to remove the shipping part of it, is this as simple as remove the HTML markup from the templates or is there a setting for the product? I guess its like digital but there are now downloads...

uWebshop is like a shop framework that helps you sell things in combination with Umbraco. You can remove/add most things by indeed simply not using the html and not creating nodes in the backend for that functionality.
