package is not published to npm #43

Is there a good reason not to have the uap-core in npm registry?

@fedot Would you want to be a contributor on uap-core in order to maintain the npm package?

Why don't we just set up travis to auto deploy on a successful build on master when the version has been updated?

@elsigh I'm fine with doing this by hand but pretty sure this task better to be automated with Travis CI npm Releasing, which should be quite easy to roll up.
