Add "legend" to map layers? #107

Many people miss the legends below the map. As an experiment, can we try adding the word 'Legend' next to the layers, which would jump them down to the relevant layer legend? Add a "back to map" link that bounces them back up?

Probably not because it's just too much clutter.
