Suggested updates to keys from September 13th EPA JUSTICE meeting #142

  1. Can we make AQI key words "sensitive groups" link out to a reliable source defining those groups? (Maybe: https://www.epa.gov/pmcourse/patient-exposure-and-air-quality-index#what )
  2. Can we link "active fire" out to an AICC explanation of how/when/why fires might be active or inactive? (I don't have a suggestion but will reach out to Alison York.)

I heard back from Hillary Shook with AFSC who pointed out that it looks like the AICC's data doesn't match the national standards for wildland fire falloff rules. They're mulling this over in the fire management community but suffice to say at least a reference for the "Official" rules for declaring wildfires out exist, and area available. I first found them buried in a json file, but a public link could be this: https://data-nifc.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/nifc::wfigs-current-interagency-fire-perimeters/about ? It's a bit messy, but it's clear and official. Thoughts welcome.
