Add pixel footprint to each section

Show a small map (USGS base layer) with a pin for the selected location and a grid layer showing the pixel layout for the dataset in question. These maps should be at a unified scale (i.e. don't zoom independent sections differently) to accurately show the user variation in pixel size.

To make a QGIS "Fishnet" Grid

• Add the raster
• Vectorize the raster
• Create Grid using raster
• Spatial Join Vectorized Result to Grid (if you want elevation values, for example)
• Create grid
• Ingest to Geoserver
