Implement map + chart for 14 ARDAC items with coverage on Zeus

This PR is basically just the Zeus counterpart for https://github.com/ua-snap/ardac-explorer/pull/42 + 1 ARDAC item (Elevation) that depends on a raster from GeoServer. These ARDAC items include:

• Flammability
• Vegetation Type
• Elevation
• Evapotranspiration
• Glacier Melt
• Ice/Snow Water Equivalent
• Runoff
• Soil Moisture
• Snow Melt
• Permafrost Depth: Base & Top
• Ground Temperature
• Talik Thickness
• Precipitation Frequency
• Sea Ice Concentration

To test this PR, you will need to set the RASDAMAN_URL environment variable to Zeus:

export RASDAMAN_URL=http://zeus.snap.uaf.edu:8080/rasdaman/ows

Then, to be safe:

npm install
npm run dev

Then, visit the items at the following URLs:
