Add analytics code to our theme #29

Changed this ticket to reflect our need to put GA code directly into our theme. The old GA module for CKAN doesn't work on 2.x.

This can be done by updating the file: /usr/lib/ckan/default/src/ckanext-googleanalytics/ckanext/googleanalytics/templates/googleanalytics/snippets/googleanalytics_header.html

However, it would be wiser to completely eliminate the analytics code to just update the header for all of the CKAN pages to use the Google Analytics JS code rather than getting the full CKAN extension.
