Need to think about this, as we want to preserve the ability for non-programmers to publish data, so if I add a new CKAN record and then add the data to a new /CKAN_data directory, how does the link back to the CKAN record page get created?
I'm open to rethinking if this is needed. My thought was if someone got to the ftp site first, or was browsing around, it would be nice to allow them to head back to the record easily. Perhaps just make default behavior to open demeter (ftp data page) links in a new tab? then the record stays open.
