Switching the regridding pipeline to Prefect broke some notebooks that were looking for some hard-coded paths in config. regrid/explore_regridding.ipynb and regrid/explore_regridding_nan.ipynb to name a few. Maybe best to fix by just hard-coding some paths in notebook cells.
