This minor PR removes the Polygon feature encompassing the Sanak Island region to better match the geographic boundaries of the taspr API endpoint. This polygon removal impacts the "Aleutians Borough" feature.
Viewing the borough polygons in QGIS is enough of a review.
There should no longer be any polygon features south of 518412 m N (EPSG 3338).
