This PR removes 21 polygons less than 4 kilometers square in area from the ak_protected_areas.shp shapefile and adds them to the ak_point_locations.csv file using the polygon centroid coordinates for the latitude and longitude. The name of the polygon is retained. Some minor editing of the existing polygon names also occurred (e.g. fixing inconsistent capitalization or abbreviation; st. Elias / saint Elias, St. Elias, for example, with latter being preferred).
