Drop Kotzebue Sound 19050500 from HUC-8s: This is a real HUC...but I think I'm learning why "hydrologic unit" and "watershed" are not synonymous. This is a sound that has land on three sides and really not a watershed. The polygon is real and "official" but useless from a "help me summarize the data with a cookie cutter" perspective.
