For HUC 8 Equivalents in YK and BC: I believe what we're looking for here is National Hydro Network Watersheds. GMU-equivalent will be "Game Management Subzone", referred to in shapefiles as game management areas. location: https://map-data.service.yukon.ca/GeoYukon/Administrative_Boundaries/Game_Management_Areas_250k/
