I think that making connections to the GMU subunits is a great idea. Most fish and game regulations are set at the GMU subunit, and most hunters are familiar with these. Also, all population and harvest objectives are set at the GMU subunit scale, so this is the scale that managers are thinking about. ~ Todd"
