This PR adds 16 polygons (EPSG 4326) that represent First Nations that overlay Yukon, CA. Data were retrieved April 2020 from
https://map-data.service.yukon.ca/GeoYukon/First_Nations/First_Nation_Traditional_Territories_1M/
Polygons are keyed with an id index FNTT1, FNTT2, FNTT3 ...
