Placeholder. Idea here is to make a few changes so that during the winter, there's a kind of "Here was the fire season in 2016" version of this map.

Changes needed to mark this done:

[ ] Review text on Splash page
[ ] Review text in Tour
[ ] Capture final fire info file, minify it (remove unused fields), make it a static asset
[ ] Capture final fire season graph info, minify it (if relevant), make it a static asset
[ ] Check documentation of the AICC-Fire-Shim repo
