Fire acre bubble aren't centered on the fire #116

When a fire has a defined size but not perimeter, the attachment point is centered to the left of the bubble showing the fire's size. Should be centered.

It's hard to center this because we don't know the width of the bubble in advance. But, it's now closer when the size of the fire is one or two digits.
