Add forecasted smoke quantity using smoke model output #218

If possible, collaborate with Chris Waigl to incorporate the smoke forecasting data that has been generated in past years to show potential smoke particulate quantity in the coming day. Maybe a dropdown like for the MonthSelector or DateScenarioSelector to choose between 2 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours.

Actually I believe it is Martin Stueffer's research, so we would want to collaborate through him and Chris if she still works with Martin.
