HSIA foldout title is not dynamic #232

When you click on a place on the map in regards to sea ice concentration during a particular month, the title always states "Sea ice, January, 1850-2018 at lat, lon". Even if you changed the month of observation in the map or if you change the month / season being looked at in the foldout area.

STR:

  1. On HSIA map, change the month to March 1850.

  2. Click on any location with ice.

  3. Note that the title states "Sea ice, January, 1850-2018 at lat, lon"

  4. On HSIA map, click on any location with ice.

  5. Change the month / season dropdown menu.

  6. Note that the title states "Sea ice, January, 1850-2018 at lat, lon"

The month has been removed from the title of the fold-out.
