Change color in project sidebar, test for 508 #123

Use the color from the lightest stripe in the climate colors in the new logo. Test for 508 compliance in terms of color contrast.

Color #C8E1F5 (light blue from logo) PASSES contrast tests with black text. Color #186DC7 (link color) FAILS contrast checks with #C8E1F5.

Suggest lightening the background to #E6F1F9, this will pass contrast tests for both regular text and links.
