I feel OK about this one getting closed.

The intent here was, "be sure that the data we see are the data representing the underlying GeoTIFFs."

@charparr @BobTorgerson opinions? punting from release milestone, but if you feel OK about closing, please do.

I am satisfied that our WMS requests are accurate! Choosing coastal locations can show that the yeah, the correct geographic bounding box is being queried, and we've seen enough examples that I think we are slicing dimensions correctly as well.
