Include Aleutians data when clipping to IEM domain #14

These changes cause the preprocessing code to include the Aleutian islands when clipping the data to the IEM domain (previously excluded). This is done for both tas/pr coverages currently ingested into production rasdaman. These changes also update the validation and hopefully strengthen the existing validation for the AR5 data. Closes #13
