Similarities and differences between Zeus and Apollo?

Where to run ingest? Home directory? Or Root level tmp? Delete Coverage? Delete Collection? sudo rasql -q "drop collection test_iem_gipl_magt_alt_4km" --user rasadmin --passwd rasadmin chmod 777 on the file and the ingest?
