This PR contains ingest recipes for two new coverages:
1.) Min / Max / Mean January Temperatures
2.) Min / Max / Mean July Temperatures
These two coverages contain historical and projected information and are the largest Rasdaman coverages to we have created to-date. No styles are tracked here at this time, but each coverage does have a functioning draft style on Apollo that can be edited in-place. Neither of these coverages have been implemented on Zeus. Copies of the necessary ingest data (~5000 GeoTIFFs per coverage) exist on ATLAS at atlas_scratch/cparr4/rasdaman_prod
