Add image of sea ice conditions #18

Add in a simple image of sea ice conditions, one of the first 3 on this page (Rick is figuring out which one) https://www.weather.gov/afc/ice

May need a bit more detail here, like if we're supposed to parse the current sea ice conditions and then pick a relevant image or not.

Those images are updated on a regular basis, and they all have the date and legend on them, so for this demo, I suggest simply grabbing the image url and displaying that in the app.
