Buttons which scroll page to graphs don't work (Chrome) #262

STR: Chrome/OSX

go to Explore map interface
click a point in the sea to get a plot
click "Go to ice concentration..." or "explore ice open close..."

Expected: app scrolls to those areas of the page. Actual: nothing!
