CMIP3 / CMIP5 app - Ecologically defined domains #69

Add ecologically defined spatial domains to the app, which can be selected from the region options in addition to the current politically defined regions AK-CAN, AK, AB, and BC.

More regions may necessitate remote data storage, as is the case with the data for city locations.
