On plot tab one, the main time series plot, mean values can currently be displayed for temperature with a trend line or mean-level bars for precipitation, exclusively. The bars for precip should be an additional option. Change the condition line/bar reactive inputs and outputs so that trend lines can still be used for precipitation.

Done. Points, mean lines, and subject lines allowed for temperature. Points, mean lines, subject lines, and bars allowed for precipitation. In any combination.
