Consider alternate themes and how they work with the ggplot themes. Consider selecting from among multiple themes dynamically.

Alternate themes are available, but switching between them dynamically is buggy. Toy example presented in the Shiny Google Group forum for feedback.

This issue was fixed with the switch to using the shinythemes package and Shiny's move to Bootstrap 3. Dynamic theme switching is not in use.
