QuaC does not support projects with mixed WGS and WES samples

This is a known issue and currently we don't have (or planned) projects with some samples with WGS data and the other with WES.

We have a project now with both WES and WGS samples. Summary of discussion about this with @wilkb777 and @deeptha:

Fixes were discussed.
Manual fix - Just run the quac separately for WES and WGS, and then rename project_level_qc to include suffix wgs or wes.
Code fix: Refactor to include wgs/wes suffix for project_level_qc dir or allow user to specify the dirname or dirpath to be used to store project level qc.
Because such mix of WES and WGS is still uncommon in our lab, manual fix was chosen for the time being.
