Changed the name of the doc from Python to Anaconda since everything is conda centered. General intro to Python could be added later.
Added table of Anaconda modules and their corresponding Python versions.
Moved conda.rst and the python version table file to the resources folder to match its organization in the TOC

Fixes #35
