Fixed array job indexing explanation to better tell the user it follows 0-based indexing.
Expanded on array jobs a bit
Added an extra line warning users about running jobs on the login node
Changed sinteractive command to srun ... --pty /bin/bash

This branch was not reset to the proper hash. It was reset to a point in main where the organization overhaul had already happened. It should be reset to a point right before that when my forked main branch matched the current organization of the main uabrc repo

This can be merged after the organization overhaul is merged. Changes will be fine at that point
