What would you like to see added?

How do we install either of the following onto VMs? We don't need to discuss the actual Windows install process, only how to go from "I created a VM" to "I'm navigating the Windows installer"

• Windows Enterprise Edition using UAB license server (zero cost, UAB provided)
• Windows, self-purchased (some $ cost to researchers, we do not sell)
• Windows Server, self-purchased (some $ cost to researchers, we do not sell)

What are the limitations?

• For Windows Enterprise Edition using the UAB license server
  • UAB staff and faculty are allowed to use and work on the OS directly
  • UAB students are not (?) allowed to use and work on the OS directly, nor via Remote Desktop or anything similar.
  • External collaborators are not allowed to use and work on the OS directly, nor via Remote Desktop or anything similar.
  • All entities (UAB or external collaborators) may access webpages hosted on the server and interact with those webpages.
• For self-purchased Windows licenses, researchers are not restricted in usage, except for applicable IT policies (like the acceptable use policy), laws and regulations that would otherwise prevail.

We have a working process to build an image. We need to double check if that image is available, or what it would take to make it available.
