Add group/subgroup management to Globus tutorials

Add group/subgroup management to Globus tutorials. This should be its own page to avoid crowding other pages. We can cross-link from the subgroup page.

• Create Globus Tutorial documentation:
  • Globus role permissions table
    • Admins and managers can do all the same things except...managers can't remove admins
    • Members have no control
  • Add information for cores on managing groups
    • Create group
    • Delete group
    • Invite to group
    • Remove from group
    • Change role level
  • Add information for cores on managing subgroups in groups
    • One subgroup per customer group, e.g., PI-run lab
    • Create subgroup
    • Invite to subgroup
      • Make PIs "Manager" of their subgroup
      • They can make others "Manager" as needed, or the core "Admin" can do it as a courtesy
    • Remove from subgroup
    • Change role level?
  • Add information for PIs on managing people in subgroups
    • Invite members
    • Invite managers
    • Remove members/managers
