Working on implementing model-base validations (#15) for all variables. This PR uses dynamic branching to apply the same seasonal naive model to all daily variables that need QA. BUT the seasonal naive model is not the best choice for many variables, as it does not include autocorrelation. Probably will need a more bespoke approach eventually.
