Improvements needed:

• [x] Run once a day with cron job instead of on push
• [x] Deploy github pages after targets pipeline is finished
• [ ] Make it so we can .gitignore the .html and _files created from rendering a quarto doc. (maybe look for quaro render GH actions for inspiration)
