Does the GH action to deploy the report work? #33

Double-check that the site deployment action is deploying an actual updated report from the targets-runs branch OR make the targets action commit the report and rendered readme to the main branch maybe?

Confirmed doesn't work. Targets workflow runs, but gh pages isn't updated because it's set to the main branch. Set to targets-runs branch
