Simplifies pipeline to not use a local data store outside of _targets/ (#46). Forecast based validation data.frame is published as a pin on Connect: https://viz.datascience.arizona.edu/content/bbe99825-3486-4b6f-bb89-5467b7081217

That data frame will be available for the independently deployed QA/QC report that I'm working on in #47

Aariq commented 1 year ago

This idea to use Connect to automate this isn't actually working yet, but the changes in this PR are still useful for getting this working on either Connect or GitHub actions.
