Need to transfer ownership of repo:

[x] Eric transfers ownership to Jeremy
[x] Jeremy gives Eric maintain permission

Another possibility is Jeremy creates an AZMET GitHub organization. Then we could transfer both this repo and the azmetr repo to the organization, add Eric to the organization, and keep him as maintainer.
